Can I have non-.co.uk domain?

Yes – week and register or transfer virtually any domain type to use with your simply site, although non-UK domains may incur an additional fee.

I already have a domain, can I use it with my new SimpliSite?

Yes, you can.

uk domains are free to transfer to use your simply site, other domain types (.com or.net example) will, unfortunately, incur an extra fee.

Will my domain be registered in my name?

Unlike some website suppliers the domain you choose your simply site will be registered in your name, to your business address.

This makes you the legal owner of the domain, not us – so if at any point you do decide to leave there won’t be an issue transferring your domain.

What do I have to pay?

When you first your simply site you will be charged an installation and setup fee (£295)
this includes your domain registration/transfer and 1st years hosting

At the end of the 1st year we will contact you, if you wish to continue using your SimpliSite you can choose how you would like to pay your subscription.

You can choose to pay this by calendar month (£12.50), quarterly (£37.50) or annually (£125)

Why do you charge a subscription?

The simply site subscription covers the following costs that any website service needs to charge:

  • Website hosting
  • domain renewal
  • server support and maintenance
  • In addition to your subscription entitles you to:
  • Updates and upgrades
  • technical and business support
  • up-to-date Internet marketing advice

What if I do not wish to renew?

You are free to leave the simply site service when ever you wish at no cost penalty, although we do not issue refunds for unused subscription periods (i.e. if you leave 6 months after paying an annual subscription).

We do not allow the site files themselves to be transferred away from a servers, but you are free to make copies of the site content.
